ARC–IELP introduce la Hermenéutica Organizacional: la interpretación rigurosa de las condiciones estructurales de una organización. No cuenta percepciones aisladas; lee cómo está configurado el sistema de trabajo y qué tensiones genera con el tiempo. ARC–IELP introduces Organizational Hermeneutics: the rigorous interpretation of an organization's structural conditions. It does not count isolated perceptions; it reads how the work system is configured and what tensions it generates over time.
Hermenéutica: el arte de interpretarHermeneutics: the art of interpretation
La hermenéutica (del griego hermeneia) es la disciplina de desentrañar significado a partir de textos, datos y contexto. Aplicada a la organización, define lo que hace ARC–IELP: el valor no está en recopilar datos, sino en interpretarlos — convertir señales estructurales en una lectura coherente de cómo opera realmente la empresa. Hermeneutics (from the Greek hermeneia) is the discipline of deriving meaning from texts, data, and context. Applied to the organization, it defines what ARC–IELP does: the value lies not in collecting data, but in interpreting it — turning structural signals into a coherent reading of how the company actually operates.
Es un cambio de paradigma frente al diagnóstico tradicional, que descansa en encuestas retrospectivas de clima. La Hermenéutica Organizacional es un marco anticipatorio: busca indicadores líderes de fricción y desgaste antes de que se expresen como rotación o pérdida financiera. It is a paradigm shift from traditional assessment, which relies on retrospective climate surveys. Organizational Hermeneutics is an anticipatory framework: it seeks leading indicators of friction and wear before they manifest as turnover or financial loss.
Un modelo inspirado en la física estructuralA model inspired by structural physics
ARC–IELP toma prestado vocabulario de la mecánica estructural como marco conceptual para describir la dinámica organizacional. Son análogos conceptuales, no magnitudes físicas ni ecuaciones de la física: ARC–IELP borrows vocabulary from structural mechanics as a conceptual framework to describe organizational dynamics. These are conceptual analogues, not physical quantities or equations of physics:
- Masa sistémica — el volumen agregado de dependencias operativas y asignaciones de rol.Systemic mass — the aggregated volume of operational dependencies and role assignments.
- Energía potencial — la capacidad interna de ejecución según autonomía y alineación de recursos.Potential energy — the internal capacity for execution based on autonomy and resource alignment.
- Coherencia temporal — la alineación de las ventanas de ejecución con la estrategia.Temporal coherence — the alignment of execution windows with strategy.
La analogía es útil porque la estructura, como los materiales, acumula fatiga bajo carga repetida sin recuperación. Pero los constructos organizacionales no tienen dimensión física: el modelo es una lente estructurada, no una ley de conservación. The analogy is useful because structure, like materials, accumulates fatigue under repeated load without recovery. But organizational constructs have no physical dimension: the model is a structured lens, not a conservation law.
44 señales, 8 ejes, una lectura44 signals, 8 axes, one reading
El sistema procesa 44 señales estructurales —indicadores objetivos de cómo está configurado un sistema de trabajo— y las sintetiza en 8 ejes ponderados (carga, tiempo, autonomía, ambiente, síntomas de desgaste, recompensa, apoyo y riesgos adicionales). El motor interpretativo no cuenta respuestas: codifica de forma sistemática señales cualitativas en indicadores numéricos comparables, y de ahí construye el Balance Operativo Psicoeconómico. The system processes 44 structural signals — objective indicators of how a work system is configured — and synthesizes them into 8 weighted axes (workload, time, autonomy, environment, wear symptoms, reward, support, and additional risks). The interpretive engine does not count answers: it systematically encodes qualitative signals into comparable numeric indicators, and from there builds the PsychoEconomic Operating Balance.
Toda la lectura es agregada y anónima: interpreta comportamiento estructural a nivel de sistema, nunca actividad individual. Los pesos de los ejes son decisiones de diseño del modelo. The entire reading is aggregated and anonymous: it interprets structural behavior at the system level, never individual activity. Axis weights are model-design choices.
